 PSTN

Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) is the most commonly used phone line in Australia. It is a basic telephone service line that provides your organisation with telephone connectivity, a telephone number, message bank and a Sensis White Pages directory listing.

PSTN services are suitable for:

         
  • Small organisations that require up to 10 phone lines
  • A phone line for voice, fax, Eftpos or ADSL internet connectivity
  
  
 ISDN

Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) is a service connection that allows voice and fax networks to be transferred concurrently across Australia using digital technology. Two concurrent calls can be made on a single ISDN service. It is a business grade service with better fault tolerance and support response.

ISDN services are suitable for:

         
  • Medium size organisation that require up to 10 phone lines
  • A phone line for voice and fax services
  • Organisations with call conferencing requirements
  • Organisations with higher call volumes

 ISDN 10/20/30

Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) 10/20/30 is the most cost effective way for your organisation to utilise high speed digital communication services. These ISDN Lines are available in groups of 10, 20 or 30 to make it flexible, affordable and scalable for your organisation.

ISDN 10/20/30 services are suitable for:

         
  • Medium size organisation that requirea minimum of 10 phone lines
  • A phone line for Voice and Fax services
  • Organisations with call conferencing requirements
  • Organisations with higher call volumes
