Peter Kazacos - Managing Director & Executive Chairman |

Mr. Kazacos has over 35 years experience in the IT industry. He founded KAZ in 1988 and led the company over its 17-year history. Mr. Kazacos was responsible for guiding KAZ from a small IT services company in NSW to one of Asia Pacific’s leading IT services and business process outsourcing service providers. KAZ grew from 350 employees from its inception, through to listing on the ASX in 2000, to over 4000 employees, as a fully owned subsidiary of Telstra. Mr Kazacos is founder and Executive Chairman of Anittel Ltd, having spent 3 years building the company into one of Australia’s leading IT&C service providers operating outside the major metropolitan areas. In 2010, Anittel was acquired by publicly listed company, Hostech, representing a major strategic milestone in the transformation and convergence of the IT&T industry. Mr. Kazacos was the recipient of the inaugural, Australian Entrepreneur of the Year 2001 award in the Technology, Communications, E-Commerce and Biotechnology category. Mr. Kazacos was also inducted into the Hall of Fame for the 3rd Annual IT&T Awards in October 2004. This Award was in the category of “Champion of the vendor community”. Mr Kazacos was inducted into the Hall of Fame at the inaugural ARN IT Industry Awards Ceremony. In 2008 Mr Kazacos was the recipient of the prestigious CSIRO Tony Benson Award for Individual Achievement in ICT at the iAwards. This award is presented in recognition of outstanding accomplishments of an individual in the Australian ICT industry. |

Michael graduated from the University of NSW with degrees in both Commerce and Law (BComm. LLB). In the period after University, Michael was employed in a variety of Commercial Management roles with leading organisations. Michael joined KAZ Group in 1991 and was the Commercial Director until the acquisition of KAZ by Telstra. During this period when the Company grew from 40 staff to nearly 3,000, Michael was responsible for finance, legal, and HR and was instrumental in the IPO of KAZ in 2000 and the subsequent acquisitions. During this period Michael was a Director of all KAZ Group Companies including Australian Administration Services (AAS). Subsequent to the acquisition of KAZ, Michael has been involved in the start-up of several technology firms in various capacities including Advisor, Director and Shareholder. |

Campbell qualified as a Chartered Accountant in Australia and practiced as a Certified Public Accountant in America. He was a partner for 18 years with the global accounting firm of KMG Main Hurdman (now KPMG) in various postings in Australia, USA, Europe and Asia. Leading up to the merger with Peat Marwick, in which he was heavily engaged, he was the partner in charge of global operations for the US firm based in New York, responsible for all accounting and consulting services provided to the firm’s multi-national clients. After leaving KPMG, he became Chief Operating Officer for the Ohio, USA based Hercules Engines for 2 years. Hercules was a successful “management buy out” of an old-line manufacturing business dealing with the US Army. Most recently, as CEO, he set up the US operations of the venture capital backed Australian mobile marketing company, 5th International, in San Francisco, USA. In this position, he has identified a number of emerging opportunities in the global mobile sector. |

John has been working in the Australian IT Channel for the past 13 years in senior executive roles within both large & small Distributors. John's most recent appointment was the Director of Sales & Marketing at Ingram Micro which concluded in January 2010. Prior to Ingram Micro, he was with Tech Pacific, Westcon Group & Lan Systems. John's accomplishments and industry standing have been acknowledged with the Award of Sales Director of the Year at the Australian Human Capital Awards in 2005 & he was inducted into the ARN IT Industry "Hall of Fame" in 2008. John has a Master of Business Administration from the Australian Graduate School of Management & a Bachelor of Arts from the University of NSW. In addition to these formal qualifications, he has completed an extensive array of leadership and training courses, with his most recent being the Harvard Business School Customer-Centric Strategy Course |

Justyn Stedwell was appointed Company Secretary of Anittel in January 2007. He is a professional Company Secretary with over five years experience acting as a Company Secretary in several ASX listed companies within various industries. Justyn has completed a Bachelor of Business and Commerce (Monash University), a Graduate Diploma of Accounting (Deakin University), a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance (Chartered Secretaries Australia) and a Graduate Certificate of Applied Finance (Kaplan Professional). |

Chris’s career spans 25 years in the ITC industry where he held senior finance roles in a broad range of IT companies including VC backed “start-up’s” to large, US based global corporations with Asia Pacific responsibility. Prior to Anittel, Chris was Asia Pacific Finance Director for US multinational, TIBCO Software Inc, a position held for almost 6 years. During this time Chris was responsible for finance operations of TIBCO offices in 7 countries throughout Asia Pac & established a ‘shared services’ operation in India that provided finance & accounting services to TIBCO globally. Prior to TIBCO Chris spent 4 years at Retriever Communications as Finance Director where he was involved with strategy, capital raising & business development with key partners. Chris has also held senior finance roles at StorageTek & Lexmark Aust. |

| Michael Cook - Sales Director |

Michael has been part of the IT management and leadership community in Western Australia for the last 26 years with a career in IT which has spanned over 35 years. He founded and was Managing Director of Focal Systems from 1987 until 2004 and upon the sale of this business to KAZ Group Limited in 2004, was appointed to the position of WA General Manager. In April 2008 his responsibilities were extended to include the same role in South Australia assuming the position of Western (WA/SA) Region General Manager, a position held until his decision to leave KAZ at the end of September 2009. During his time at KAZ, Mick successfully grew the regions revenues as well as developing strategic business initiatives aligned to the national objectives. Subsequent to leaving KAZ, Mick has been using his wealth of experience and skills gained leading a dynamic and successful solutions business. |
