Welcome to the Summer Edition of the Anittel Newsletter. To start off I would like to share two important announcements with you. Firstly Anittel has completed the provisioning of our first commercial National Broadband Network (NBN) Service to Armidale Dumaresq Local Council in Regional NSW. The new service has been connected directly to the Armidale Digital Hub, which is a part of the Federal Government’s Digital Hubs Program.

Secondly, Anittel has entered into an exclusive Dealing Agreement with James Cook University for the commercialisation and development a Data Centre Complex in Townsville, Queensland. The proposed multi story data centre facility will be the largest of its kind in Northern Queensland (NQ); it will set a new benchmark for regional technology access.
