Data and Storage Solution

Clarence City Council had increasing demands on databases, placing a strain on aging infrastructure resources. After reviewing its requirements the Council needed to implement an enterprise data storage solution. Database reliability was degrading as ageing hardware failed to cope with increasing demands. With outages becoming more frequent it was clear an upgrade was long overdue. The ultimate decision was to on board a partner solution from Anittel and Hewlett Packard.

Training company Knowledge to Action (KTA) was struggling to maintain a consistent, high level of service for its students. In particular, regular training seminars were placing heavy demands on the network. Anittel developed a solution that enabled capacity to be scaled based on demand, whilst improving the reliability and security of their service. Integration partner Anittel was engaged to help address the problem and provide a partnership to maintain the network and provide for future expansion possibilities.

Microsoft Dynamics GP

acQuire has 100 staff operating from several locations. Throughout these outlets acQuire were managing their finances using a number of systems, including MYOB, various local software solutions and often, just using spread sheets. The real issue was that they weren’t able to get access to information quickly. Anittel provided a new network configuration and connectivity that is able to meet current and projected capacity needs.

Network Deployment

In early 2010 the Catholic Diocese of Wagga Wagga (CDWW) obtained a grant under the Federal Governments Digital Education Revolution Program, to provide a laptop computer for each student. There was a clear need to upgrade network infrastructure and move to a wireless platform to support the 1:1 computer to student ratio. 

Anittel developed a solution of a Cisco Network Infrastructure that enabled the Diocese with the capacity to provide access to a wireless platform for every student and teacher using their laptops and other wireless devices.

Technology Transformation

Sydney Central Cardiology experienced a series of hardware failures in the main practice management software server, and the subsequent loss of almost two days of data forced the business to look to a complete change in their approach. The practice engaged Anittel to design and implement a new technology environment which would deliver greater reliability, redundancy and growth scalability in their operating system.

Microsoft Dynamics CRM 

The Western Australian Local Government Association (WALGA) was in need of an improved system for managing contact details and communications with their members. With Anittel’s design, implementation and support of utilising Microsoft Dynamics CRM, allowed WALGA to work more efficiently, provide improved service to their members, and obtain more meaningful system outputs and reports.
