Anittel has entered into agreements to merge with Hostech Limited. Anittel will now be one of Australia’s largest national, full-service, IT and Telecommunications companies focusing on SMB, Mid-market and Regional organisations with 15 locations throughout Australia and 270 staff.
The merger of these companies will present a number of significant opportunities including growth and geographic expansion, market leadership, consolidation and access to national resources.
